Supporting the birth of a new Business Unit is a challenge that combines technical vision and human capability. For DGS, we supported a nascent team in the creation from scratch of an SCM/SCE (Supply Chain Management/Execution) product suite, effectively opening a new market for the company.

Our role was foundational and cross-functional. We participated in the architectural definition of the solution and selected the core technologies, building the system's foundations. Subsequently, we guided the development of software modules, imposing high standards in software design and deployment methodologies.

But the true success of the project lies in the human factor: the activity was structured to ensure the professional growth of the team members. We didn't limit ourselves to delivering code; we worked to leave the client with a more competent, autonomous, and expert internal team, ready to manage future challenges.
